Input: post-consumer HDPE bottles (detergent, shampoo, milk bottles) Output: clean HDPE flakes for extrusion and pelletizing. Compact HDPE washing line configuration with bale breaker, crusher, hot washing, flotation separation, and drying system. The final flakes reach high purity suitable for pipe, blow molding, and sheet-grade recycling.

Input: mixed-color PET bottles Output: clean PET flakes for fiber, sheet or high-grade pelletizing. Designed for markets with heavy label contamination. Equipped with powerful hot washing, friction washing, and multiple float-sink tanks to ensure low glue content and high IV retention, ideal for polyester fiber applications.
