PET Crushing Washing Recycling System
The PET bottle washing system is designed to wash PET bottles of different levels of dirtiness, effectively removing metal (both magnetic and non-magnetic), sand, oil, glue, rubber, wood particles, and various other impurities. It also offers a solution for separating mixed-color PET and PVC impurities.
We can customize the system to meet different quality requirements, such as for fiber-grade, packaging sheet-grade, or bottle blowing-grade cleaning. The production line operates fully automatically using a PLC system, reducing the labor cost. Production capacities rang from 500kg/hour to 6000kg/hour.

WORKING PROCESS
UNIT INTRODUCTION
Belt Conveyor
Used for conveying bottles to the next process, the conveying speed is adjustable with variable inverter control.
Bale Opener
For breaking down the PET bottle bales, the loose bottles will be to the next stage of the process via sorting conveyor belt.
Trommel
Through a low-speed rotating cylindrical sieve mesh, small contaminants such as glass, metal, wood, etc., are removed from the bottles.
Label Remover
For removing the label paper on PET bottles ，while the attached dirt and sediment are subjected to preliminary rinsing.
Crusher
To crush the raw material into smaller pieces with water added during the process. The blade material is SK11.
Buffer Storage Silo
Used for temporarily storing PET bottles after label removal, the bottles will enter the manual sorting platform through the silo.
Washing tank
Used for separating sand, pulp, and other impurities from the raw materials. The main material used is stainless steel.
Manual Sorting Platform
Used for manually selecting defective bottles and miscellaneous materials, improving the quality of bottles entering the next process.
Hot Washer
Core of the PET washing line, for removing stubborn contaminants such as adhesive, oil, residue, and liquid for higher-quality PET flakes.
Dehydrator
By high-speed centrifugal force, most water content from cleaned PET flakes will be removed, and the water will discharge through the sieve.
Color&Material Sorter
Mainly used for the purification of food-grade PET flakes by different colors through the high-definition pixels.
Hot Air Dryer
For drying the material through hot air pipeline, also insulated with thermal insulation material to reduce energy consumption loss.
Cyclone Silo
Through the blowing system, the bottle flakes will be conveyed into the silo for storage or further packaging.
Label Seperator
The left label and other impurities like dust can be separated by blowing air with the principle of gravity separation.
Electric Control Cabinet
For control the operation of the entire line. Electrical components adopts famous brands such as ABB, Siemens, Omron, Schneider etc.
