BRIEF DESCRIPTION
- The parallel twin-screw design ensures high efficiency and energy savings. The new screw component design effectively avoids overheating and energy consumption issues.
- The main unit is designed based on the modular principle, with screw configuration and barrel structure precisely designed using computer technology, ensuring excellent self-cleaning and interchangeability.
- It can be optimized with respect to the L/D ratio, barrel structure, screw arrangement, exhaust quantity and position, feeding method, electrical control mode, and other parameters based on process system and formulation requirements for optimal configuration.
- Pelletizing systems include water-cooled strand pelletizing, air-cooled strand pelletizing, and hot-face pelletizing using a water ring die cutter.

UNIT INTRODUCTION
Screw Feeder
For conveying the flakes to the feeder of the extruder.
Feeder Unit
Dosing feeder with PLC intelligent controller,which ensures the extruder run steady.
Extruder Unit
With a double-zone vacuum degassing system, most volatiles can be removed effectively, especially heavy printed film and material with some water content.
Filtration Unit
In this unit, some metal, wood, dust, paper and other impurities can be removed to get high quality output plastic melt.
Water Strand Auxiliary System
For cooling and drying the PET strip and pulling to the pelletizer for cutting into granules.
Silo
For blowing the particle into the silo for storing and bagging.
Control Cabinet
For control the operation of the entire line. Electrical components adopts famous brands such as ABB, Siemens, Omron, Schneider etc.
