Share the PE grade, particle size, moisture and contamination level. Confirm suitability with a material trial before selecting the equipment.
How is powder fineness selected?
Specify the intended reuse and required particle-size distribution. Grinding settings, screening and cooling are configured around that target.
Is pulverizing the same as pelletizing?
No. Pulverizing produces powder by grinding; pelletizing melts and cuts plastic into pellets. Choose the process for your downstream application.
