FAQ

Before you choose.

Which pelletizing line fits my material?

Start with the polymer and material form: PET flakes, PE/PP film, rigid regrind or PVC compound. Moisture, contamination and the final application determine the configuration.

Does the material need washing first?

Contaminated waste needs washing and drying before pelletizing. Clean production scrap may be fed directly after suitable preparation.

Single-stage or double-stage extrusion?

The choice depends on moisture, volatiles and filtration requirements. Share your material condition so we can recommend the appropriate route.

What is needed for a quotation?

Send material photos, polymer type, required capacity in kg/h and the intended pellet application. Factory space and available utilities help us plan the layout.
